Baker Hughes issued their international rig count data yesterday, here is the break down:
The international rig count for June was 1,138, up 12 from the 1,126 counted in May, and up 179 from the 959 counted in June 2018.
Latin America is up 10 units from the previous month to 189 and is up 9 units year-over-year.
The Asia-Pacific region is down 1 unit during the month to 227, and down 2 units from its year-ago average of 229.
Africa is down 7 units to 116 and up 22 units from its June 2018 average of 94.
Europe is up 7 units to reach 193 in June, and up 115 units year-over-year.
The Middle East is up 3 units month-over-month at 413, and up 21 units from its June 2018 average of 392.
