Shelf Drilling, Ltd. announced that it has secured a three-year contract for the High Island V jack-up rig in direct continuation of its current contract with the same customer. The expected availability of the rig is now March 2022.
High Island V is a 1981 LeTourneau model 82 SD-C that is currently working for Saudi Aramco.
