Our friends over at Bassoe reported this morning that the Bluewhale 1 has picked up 549 days of work with CNOOC (Chinese National Offshore Oil Company).
No dayrate was given at this time
The Bluewhale 1 is a 2017 CIMC Raffles built Frigstad D90 semisubmersible that is designed for 12,000′ of water depth and a drilling depth of 50,000′ .
