In the #1 spot is something that deepwater has been waiting on for some time, rates changing, we will see, we are still very skeptical at this point but here is to hoping the market continues to recover here. Just behind that is Borr with another LOI and a slew in the works, good to start the year off positive for sure. In the #3 spot two major players are going to push production in the Permian to the max over the course of the next 4 -5 years, good and bad there, hope we can get the pipelines in place to support it. Coming in behind that is Bill SB19-181 that may cripple some of the economy in Colorado if not corrected, only time will tell but it sure doesn’t look good upfront.
