Petrobras adds more rigs for exploratory operations in the Campos and Santos basins
Petrobras will intensify its exploratory activity in the coming months. The company confirmed that it will add two more drilling rigs to its fleet: the drill ship Norbe VIII, in the Libra block; and the monocolumn SS-91 (Developer) for projects in the Campos and Santos basins. The two units are expected to start operating by September

Valaris Limited announced today that it has been awarded a contract of approximately 45 days with W&T Offshore in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico for VALARIS JU-117 (Ralph Coffman), a heavy-duty modern jackup. The contract is anticipated to begin in July 2021.
