Aban Offshore has approved the sale of Rig Deep Driller 1 owned by their subsidiary Deep Drilling 1 Pte Ltd subject to the approval of Shareholders. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting was held on 31st January, 2022 for seeking the approval of Shareholders.
