Petroleum Safety Authority Norway has given ConocoPhillips consent for exploration drilling in production license PL 1064 in the Norwegian Sea.
Exploration well 6507/4-3 S will be drilled by the Transocean Norge at location 65°33'3.7559'' North 7°03'28.6789'' East, to test a prospect named Peder.
The duration of the well is expected to be 50,6 days (dry hole case) or 66,3 days (discovery). Water depth is 435.6 metres.
