According to Esgian, an Oslo based company that provides analytical tools for the energy industry, noted that Petroserv has sold its 2013-built GVA-7500N semisubmersible SSV Catarina to a group of Norwegian investors.
The semisub was sold last month for an undisclosed price. However, Esgian Rig Values estimates the rig transaction price to be in the USDm 50s and within our value range of USD 54 – 63 million.
Petroserv will maintain commercial and operational management for the rig.
