Japan Drilling Co., Ltd. agreed to provide drilling services with a jack-up drilling rig “HAKURYU-11†to a certain operator based on the subcontract with PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Services Corporation who secured the additional drilling contract from the operator.
The main terms of the additional drilling contract are as follows:
| 1. Period of Contract | ：4 firm wells (approx. 300 days) + 1 or 2 option well(s) (approx. 60 days/well) |
| 2. Estimated Commencement Time | ：Around August – October 2021 |
| 3. Operating Area | ：Offshore Vung Tau, Vietnam |
