Baker Hughes issued their international rig count data, here is the break down:
The international rig count for March was 1,059, down 26 units from the count in February and up 58 from the 1039 counted in March 2019.
Latin America is down 15 units to 169 from the February count of 184 units and is down 19 units year-over-year.
The Asia-Pacific region is up 7 units to 231 from the February count of 224 units and down 10 units from its year-ago average of 234.
Africa is down 12 units from the February count of 120 units and down 16 units from its March 2019 average of 127.
Europe is down 7 units from the February count of 130 units, and up 28 units year-over-year.
The Middle East is up 1 unit from the February count of 427 units, and up 33 units year -over-year.
