Baker Hughes issued their international rig count data, here is the breakdown:
The international rig count for March was 715, up 14 units from the count in February and down 344 units from the 1,059 counted in March 2020.
Latin America is unchanged from the February count of 125 units and is down 44 units year-over-year.
The Asia-Pacific region is up 9 units from the February count of 161 and down 61 units from its year-ago average of 231.
Africa is up 2 units from the February count of 57 units and down 49 units from its March 2020 average of 108.
Europe is up 2 units from the February count of 100 units, and down 23 units year-over-year.
The Middle East is up 1 unit from the February count of 260 units, and down 167 units year-over-year.
