Enauta announced the contracting of the drilling rig Alpha Star to drill the fourth well of the Early Production System ("EPS") of the Atlanta Field. Drilling is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022. There is also the possibility of extension, upon notification by Enauta, to include the drilling of two additional wells required for the development of the Atlanta Definitive System.
Located in Block BS-4, in the Santos Basin, the Atlanta Field is operated by Enauta Energia S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which holds 100% of this asset.
Enauta Energia S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, on January 31, 2022, entered into time service agreements with Constellation Petroleum Services S.A. and charter contracts with London Tower Management BV ("Contractors") to hire the drilling rig named Alpha Star to drill the fourth well of the SPA of the Atlanta Field.
