Baker Hughes issued their international rig count data, here is the break down:
The international rig count for November was 1,096, down 35 from the 1,131 counted in October and up 105 from the 991 counted in October 2018.
Latin America is up 7 units to 196 from October’s count of 189 units and is 7 units year-over-year.
The Asia-Pacific region is down 6 units to 220 from Octobers’s count of 226 units and up 2 units from its year-ago average of 222.
Africa is flat with no changes from October’s count of 116 units but up 13 units from its November 2018 average of 103.
Europe is down 28 units to reach 147 in November, and up 64 units year-over-year.
The Middle East is down 7 units month-over-month at 417, and up 23 units from its November 2018 average of 394.
