Altera & Ocyan is the new name of the joint venture formed by the Brazilian Ocyan and the Norwegian Altera Infrastructure (formerly Teekay Offshore). The brand change took place at the beginning of the second half, after the Altera Infrastructure brand change process, which was completed at the beginning of the year.
The joint venture is the owner of the FPSOs Cidade de Itajaí and Pioneiro de Libra and intends to expand its portfolio in the country.
