Maersk puts the ink down for the Resolute on a new contract with Perenco

Exciting Monday morning news! Our jack-up MaerskResolute has been awarded a three-well contract with Perenco. The rig will move to the UK NorthSea to work on the Wollaston and Ravenspurn fields for an estimated 150 days, commencing in October this year. The contract includes eight one-well options.

Looks like from other sources that the rig’s estimated dayrate will be in the area of 85k per day.
