First up is all the chatter about the Anadarko buyout, looks like they might be leaning into Oxy from the latest news! 2nd spot goes to Borr with the purchase of the Hakuryu-15, another asset added to their fleet! Following up Borr is Noble with some much need utilization added to the floater market with their new contract announcements. In the 4th spot is EsncoRowan taking their first newbuid, the Ensco 123, this will be the first rig with EnscoRowan’s patented CTT or continuous tripping technology, we wish them luck! In our final spot we have the bidding rounds for Newfoundland that opened up in the beginning of April and interested parties will have until 12:00 p.m. NST on November 6, 2019 to submit sealed bids for the parcels being offered.
