The jackup Perisai Pacific 101 has been awarded a five-well contract with an estimated duration of 200 days.
The contract is expected to commence between August 1st and September 1st, 2019. Based on the estimated contract value of $20 million, the dayrate is expected to be around $100,000.
The PP 101 is Perisai’s first Jack-Up Drilling Rig and was delivered in 2014. It is a PPL Pacific Class® 400 with technologically advanced drilling capabilities. The Rig is designed and equipped to drill high pressure and high temperature wells as deep as 30,000 feet. It is also capable of operating in water depths of up to 400 feet, capable of doing offline activity while drilling, can be jacked-up with full pre-loading tanks and has full service accommodation for 150 personnel.
