Saipem scraps 3 units, 2 JU’s and 1 Semi

Saipem issued their 1st half of 2020 results and they have stated they will be scrapping (green recycle) jackups Perro Negro 2 and Perro Negro 5 as well as semisub Scarabeo 7.
