For this past week on our top 5 is full of drilling contractor news with companies merging and work getting lined up for rigs that have been stacked. In the #1 spot we have the Ensco merger with Rowan closing up, #2 spot we have Pacific reactivates the Khasmin for a job in the GOM with Equinor, #3 spot goes to Diamond as they move the Ocean Guardian over to Well Safe for another chapter in the rigs long operating history, #4 is Chevron coming through with the announcement to buy out Anadarko which caught a few people by surprise, us included and finally #5 goes to Dolphin Drilling as they get the Borgland out and ready for a campaign with i3 Energy later this year.
