In the #2 spot we have the announcement from Transocean that the legacy Ocean Rig 6th gen vessel the Paros will be scrapped. Behind this we have a slew of contract announcements coming in at #3 spot is Transocean, #4 spot is Noble and #5 spot is Diamond, all of these are badly needed for floater utilization rates, except for Noble buying a new jackup… which they said they weren’t going to in January, surprise!
