Aker BP granted drilling permit offshore Norway

The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) has given Aker BP consent for exploration drilling in Block 25/2 in the North Sea. Well 25/2-23 S and 25/2-23 A will be drilled from the Deepsea Nordkapp drilling facility at position 59° 55' 35.492" North 02° 22' 15.710" East in production license PL 873 and will test the Grefesenkollen/Øst Frigg prospect.
