For this past week on our top 5 we start out with Qatar Petroleum announcing the multiple contracts for a total of eight offshore jackups for the North Field Expansion Project, in the # 2 spot is a piece that was written about staying grounded and never forgetting where you came from, more people should read this to be honest. #3 is the financing of the Cobalt Explorer, looks like Northern will hold onto the ship until the market is good for it. Diamond is in the #4 spot with negotiating contracts with Woodside for two of their 6 Gen ships and finally #5 is the newly merged EnscoRowan with their fleet update status that was packed with new contracts.
