The international rig count for June is 751, down 7 units from the count in June and up 8 units from the 743 counted in July 2020.

Latin America is down 9 units to a total of 134 from the June count of 143 units and is up 60 units year-over-year.

The Asia-Pacific region is up 4 units for a total of 187 and down 6 units from its year-ago average of 193.

Africa is up 3 units to a total of 68 from the June count of 65 units and up 12 units from its July 2020 average of 56.

Europe is down 6 units to a total of 99 from the June count of 105 units, and down 6 units year-over-year.

The Middle East is up 1 unit to a total of 263 from the June count of 262 units, and down 52 units year-over-year.
