The Algerian Petroleum Institute (IAP) has signed a partnership agreement in the field of training with the National Institute of Oil and Gas of Senegal (INPG), the Sonatrach group announced in a press release.
The convention was initialed last Tuesday at the IAP headquarters in Boumerdès, in the presence of the Senegalese Ambassador to Algeria, Serigne Dieye, said the same source.
The convention is the culmination of discussions between officials of the IAP and the Senegalese side, following the visit of the Senegalese Ambassador on May 27, followed by discussions with the INPG to establish a partnership in the field. training and contribute to the development process of the INPG Senegal, the statement said.
The cooperation will concern the implementation and development of training and exchange programs in themes of mutual interest.
“Convinced of the success of this partnership, established on sincere bases and of mutual interests, the two parties have agreed to carry out these actions as quickly as possible,” the statement said.
