Offshore driller Noble Corporation has been awarded contracts for its jack-up drilling rigs in Canada, Denmark and the UK.
In its latest fleet status report issued on Thursday Noble said that the 2013-built jack-up rig Noble Regina Allen has been awarded a contract with Encana for operations offshore Canada.
The contract starts in mid-January 2020 with an end date set for mid-May 2020. The dayrate has not been disclosed.
The rig is currently under a contract with ExxonMobil, also in Canada. This contract is scheduled to end in mid-December 2019. The dayrate is $94,000.
Over in Europe, the 2014-built jack-up Noble Sam Turner has been awarded a contract extension with Total for operations offshore Denmark. The rig has been working for Total in Denmark since late June 2016 with a dayrate of $96,500. This deal ends in late August 2018 after which the extension starts. The extension is scheduled to end in early March 2020.
The 2014-built jack-up rig Noble Sam Hartley, which is currently warm stacked, has won a contract with Total in the UK. The deal, with an undisclosed dayrate, starts in early October 2018 and ends in early July 2019.
