1. Increase brand awareness
When
you are first starting out as the new kid on the block, the mountain seems
daunting but with perseverance and the right mindset you can get there. Your
brand is who you are, it represents everything you are about, if you are the
best at washing cars, then your brand should show that. Never let a moment slip
away to plug your brand in where it fits.
2. Humanize your brand
Big
companies, big ideas and even a bigger black hole, sometimes there is nothing
that feels better that putting a face to a brand. After all, if you are going
to buy a pair of new tennis shoes, who do you see wearing them? Our current
media outlets enable you to connect with your customers and the people that you
are wanting to reach, a face can humanize your brand.
3. Increase website traffic
It’s
like walking into the biggest neighborhood in the world trying to peddle one
vacuum cleaner. The internet is a massive place, even more massive when you
begin to understand all of the ways that people source, land and direct traffic.
Getting out there and being on the forefront with social media allows traffic
to be organically drawn, all you have to do is post content. Yes, content is
sometimes hard to think about and work with, but we know you are smart and can
come up with some good grit, just pen to paper and get it done.
4. Reputation management
Whether
you are a long-standing brick and mortar business or a startup social media
network like us, managing your reputation is at the top of the list. That’s
your review replies, tags, comments, all of this manages the face of who you
are. Go read some of Wendy’s tweets. they have a good rut for everyone to
follow but remember, its ok to be different, we are and there are thousands out
there like you, don’t be afraid to break a few glasses, they sweep up.
5. Learn about your customers
And
the last one of our top 5 out of Hootsuite’s review is this one, probably one
of the most important ones for us. Although all of them hold some kind of
benefit, this one will help you reach into the future. Yes, the future, that
means when you enable your customers to give you feedback about your product, it’s
not something that’s new, but you will learn things about your company and
brand that you did not know. The feedback is part of growing and learning. You
want to know how you can help your customer fulfill a need, what better way of
doing that than listening?
